„15 Jahre“ album ... sells better than hot cakes

Entirely without promo, solely on our channels and with word-of-mouth advertising and so on, you know. Well, just like hot cakes…that’s how we think your hunger for this anniversary album in a new German rock/SKA style feels like. The “15 Jahre Frei.Wild” album is no. 1 on Amazon and every other pre-order site and it also seems to remain there for a while. It’s definitely better than the other way around and we want to thank you very much for that.

It seems as though you’re not only hungry for new sounds, but also thirsty for concerts. We’re still on the Almhütten thing, which is going to take a few more days, and the rest ... is in progress!!!

Wuhlheide is sold out, Alpen Flair is going to be jam-packed, Rock am Härtsfeldsee is sold out as well, and all the other events with every one of us on board are rocking joyfully, so it’s going to be great. These kinds of notifications are well-received in this family, and I hope you will too.

By the way, there’s something about the anniversary vinyl records, particularly the “15 Jahre Deutschrock + SKAndale” album. All those blank CDs were created with the intention of being available ONLY for this anniversary. Which means that it’s time to act now, and don’t regret it when you missed it. ALPEN FLAIR 2016 – THE LAST ARRANGEMENTS

Organizationally, everything is taken care of, and it won’t be long until the Alpen Flair crew is going to be there personally to build up the biggest public festival in South Tyrol and to beautifully decorate the area. For the 5th anniversary there will be a lot that you already know, but also a lot of new things and improvements. The guys in the high plateau ain’t lazy, that’s for sure ;-)

What’s new in 2016?

  • South Tyroleans love to party and since there’s an anniversary to celebrate, the entire Alpen Flair thing is already starting with a proper warm-up party on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 5:30PM on the village square in the little town of Natz, including live music, marksmen’s parade, tapping, event organizer’s speech, food and drinks, etc., etc. (Campsites that aren’t located in the area are already opening on Wednesday at 8AM, in order for you to have a stress-free journey. The other campsites are opening on Thursday at 6AM!)
  • Our “Alpen Stage” is going to be pimped beyond measure and is going to be MUCH bigger than it was in the past four years.
  • The “Flair Stage” is going to be bigger as well and it’s going to be moved from the tent to the area in front of it, so there’s room to sit on the outside.
  • For the first time in 2016 we’re collaborating with Safe Boxen from Berlin, providing lockers that can do more than just keep valuables safe. The keyword is: ELECTRICITY. Yes, each locker has its own outlet. So bye, bye, empty cell phone batteries ;-)
  • There’s a discrete info container on the area for complaints and requests, or simply to get your ticket for the Alpen Flair 2017 ;-)
  • The European Championship is going to be – just like it was in 2014 – broadcasted on our giant LED screen. But this year’s LED screen is WAY bigger ;-)
  • We have once again arranged an Alpen Flair Shuttle Bus (Brixen-Natz-Brixen) that is running much more frequently, and even AFTER concerts late at night.
  • There is an even bigger range of food, so everyone shall be culinarily satisfied.
  • There are more portable toilets, more showers, more trash cans, more security guards, more ushers, more service employees, and more, more, more. Just to make this festival even more relaxing for all of us ;-)

Everything else is going to be high-standard as usual, and thus you’ll find everything that you learned to love in the past few years in the land of a thousand mountains.

This is going to be huge, friends. Awesome bands, a great area, fantastic production, thousands of fans, and thirst. TERRIFIC! Just a very intimate public festival ;-)

Martino Senzao jumping into the shark tank: “Weil wir wie Brüder sind” – the maxi single!

Up we go, or if we say it in the words of this artist: Right into the middle, deeper into pleasure and full speed ahead to a distinctive taste in music!!!

First recording medium, first musical attempt, but a forged-out plan with a clear vision. It should sound German; drums and guitars that hit the cliffs like a storm; themes that touch the soul and are first-hand. It was Martino’s greatest wish to make his dream come true, due to unchanging passion, ambition, and with the help and friendship of colleagues and friends. It should be German rock in the style of his own musical companions with balls and a special touch to it, but in no way insignificant. He wanted to forge, he wanted to sing about what he thinks, he wanted to breathe in the spirit of a recording studio and yak the results into the world. Martino Senzao, the man from South Tyrol, who already appeared as a DJ and salesclerk in the Rookies and Kings Store is already one of the most dazzling characters of German rock. Finally it’s here, the long-awaited debut piece with 3 songs of his own creation, of Philipp Burger’s (Frei.Wild) creation, and Chris Kaufmann’s (Truck Stop) creation. Alex Lysjakow (Rookies and Kings Studios) was “mixing.” Have fun with the three songs of the CD “Martino Senzao – Weil wir WIE Brüder sind.” Turn the stereo on, close your eyes and dive into the world of hard sounds and classic melodies.

Wilde Flamme

“Wilde Flamme” is burning for the 4th time and for those of you who don’t know yet: The project started in 2012 and we’ve brought it back this year, for the 4th time, in order to help people who aren’t as lucky as we are.
Noah is a little boy who’s going to lose his eyesight soon, due to a very rare genetic disease. And we want to help this little fella.
