„Wilde Flamme“ is burning – for the 4th time

Dear people with a heart and empathy for others. “Wilde Flamme” is burning again, so let’s spark and fuel it together, and let the sounds blaze away!

Along with many artists we have once again succeeded in realizing this 2012 project, and this time, too, we want to help a very special person – little Noah.

Noah is the son of an old friend of our band and yes, Noah has suffered a terrible fate.

The story: Noah is ten years old and lives in South Tyrol, Brixen to be exact. He is suffering from a rare genetic eye disease. This disease is confronting Germany’s and Austria’s best scientists with an insoluble problem. Little is known about it, which means that there is also no cure. There are only few people in the world who have this disease.

Noah is basically an ordinary, very fun-loving kid. Noah enjoys playing soccer like his best buddies, and is going to school, just like a regular kid, and he likes spending time with his friends and his parents in nature whenever he can. At first this may look like Noah is growing up care-free and well-protected.

His tragic story, however, is that Noah will go blind soon. His vision is deteriorating more and more each day - his retina is becoming detached. In order to uphold the process and keep his now already limited eyesight and protect the retina, Noah needs to wear sunglasses almost 24/7, at school, outside, even at home. No need to mention how a disease that causes eventual blindness, is affecting one’s life.

So what can we do to help Noah?

Well, we have the opportunity of doing something together and we’d like you to be part of it; as always, with all our power and in a way typical for this music family, namely “Wilde Flamme.”

So with the proceeds of the single record, let’s make sure we’re fulfilling as many of Noah’s dreams as possible, and for as long as he’s able to see, to give him the best time of his life.

We as a band are giving some more out of our pockets, so together with “Wilde Flamme,” more than €20,000 have been donated. Only a fraction of it was raised with the actual record, but it doesn’t matter. However, it would be nice if you could participate, because it’s for a really good cause this year as well.

This year the artists next to Philipp Burger were Joggl of Unantastbar, Jason, NORD (Hämatom), Frank Graffstedt (Justice), Martin Gschliesser (Martino Senzao), Stefan Putnik (Wien No. 1), Georg Kirchler (Bad Jokers), Martin Kesici (Enrichment), Neo Scope (Down Below) and Thomas Prader (Merrick) and many more artists behind mikes, drums, keyboards, and string instruments. Our guitar players were Jonas Notdurfter, Jörg “Warthy” Wartmann, and Chris Kaufmann. Bassists were Jochen “Zegga” Gargitter and Alexander Lysjakow. Drummers were Christian “Föhre” Forer, Markus Mayr, and Kurt Oberhollenzer, and keyboard player was Marco Facchin and Jason as accordion player.

So have fun with the song/video “Die Zeit kommt allein und nicht zu zweit” – our 4th “Wilde Flamme” single. The more people share, the more will see it and the more will donate. Again, with united forces, right? Let’s do it then! Let’s all support this boy, his family, let’s fulfill all his dreams and wishes. We know you’re all doing what you can! Thank you so, so much, you guys!

ALPEN FLAIR FESTIVAL 2016 – FINAL TRAILER PREVIEW !

This year, the Alpen Flair Festival is celebrating its 5th anniversary and plenty of renowned artists answered the call and will attend this event in the so-called apple plateau in the Dolomite Alps.

From June 15 until June 19, the beautiful town of Natz is going to be the focus of society, friendship, and exuberance.

Bands such as Frei.Wild, Mando Diao, NENA, Amon Amarth, Doro, Wolfgang Ambros, Wildecker Herzbuben, Mickie Krause, J.B.O., Nockalm Quintett, Dorfrocker, Fiddlers Green, and many more ask for a dance and promise sheer fun and joy.

The Alpen Flair Festival is the whole package when it comes to entertainment, which is unique amongst all festivals. Here, the main focus will also be the music, but there’s just so much more to discover, which is what makes this event so unique.

Tradition meets modernism; a combination of all sorts of music genres and visitors from different countries promise a true “folk festival,” and the name definitely speaks for itself.

Whether you want to party ecstatically in front of the stage and listen to your favorite bands, or learn about the history of South Tyrol, or do sports and outdoor activities, or whether you just want to chill out with 15,000 friends?!...It doesn’t matter, because at the Alpen Flair Festival, you’ll get the all-round-carefree package at reasonable festival prices. So there’s absolutely no need to complain about anything.

It’s Hospitality with a capital H. Everyone loves coming (again) to the beautiful high plateau and visit their second home once a year, and just feel like being home and secure. Mainstream and commerce are a no-go and don’t go along with the festival credo. Here you can still be yourself.
